STAFFORDSHIRE RECRUTMENT SELECTION PROCEDURE

REGISTRATION
The process of registration is made extremely easy and straightforward for the candidate. A series of application forms are completed and our medical questionnaire is extensive without being too intrusive so that we may give the client a fair history. We advertise via local papers and job centres and we insist on meeting every candidate in person and do not accept applications by post. The majority of candidates will visit our office, but we do offer home visits to register candidates who are unable to visit us in person.

INTERVIEW PROCEDURES 
Staffs Recruitment will interview the prospective candidate to recap on their work history, skills and experience. Each candidate will be pur at ease which is extremely important if we are to gain an honest and overall picture of that worker. Notes are made at the time by the consultant and then quickly processed to the system to match their criteria for vacancies that we have on file.

CANDIDATE TESTING
The agency will administer a range of computer and manual tests, our procedures include basic numeracy, literacy and spelling. We can also measure performances in Excel Power Point Microsoft Word and a variety of other products. We can incorporate evaluation for customer service skills and telephone skills.

REFERENCES
Each candidate will need to supply two references from their previous employers.
Reference requests are always in writing and will be kept on file . Security and background checks can be applied where necessary. Identification is taken from all candidates and we aim to do our uttermost to check out the honesty and integrity of each individual.

CANDIDATE SELECTION
Staffs Recruitment’s aim is to ensure that the client’s needs are met entirely. A search facility enables us to base the client’s criteria with the skills of an appropriate candidate. Once we have placed a suitable candidate in the workplace we aim to carry out weekly reviews and gain the uttermost feedback from the client to ensure the highest calibre of personnel.
